High Knees

- Keep your chest up and core engaged.
- Do not lean back and focus on contracting your abs as your knees come up
- We are aiming to get our knees to about 90 degrees (waist height). If your knees do not come up that high, that is alright. We want to get our knees up to a comfortable height without straining our hips or compromising form.
- To ensure your knees are getting to a good height, you can put your hands out in front of your hips and aim to hit your hands with your knees for every rep.
