In and Out Squats

Legs, Cardio

- Start in a standing position with your feet close together.
- From here, we jump our feet out to about shoulder width apart or slightly wider.
- We do a deep squat and our chest stays up.
- From the deep squat position, we then jump our feet back in together to return to the starting position.
- To get a wide squat, we can turn our toes outward, however be careful to not let your knees bow inward. They should be following the line of your toes.
- As we jump, always remember to land softly through the balls of your feet.
- As we squat, we then want to transfer the pressure to our mid-feet or heels.
- To avoid hunching, do not look down at your toes.
