- Start in a standing position.
- Bend forward from your hips with a slight bend in your knees. We want our hands to come all the way to the floor.
- Once your hands come to the floor, walk your hands forward, keeping your legs straight or with a slight bend.
- Walk your hands out all until you hit a strong high plank positions with your hands directly below your shoulders.
- Keeping your legs straight or with a slight bend in your knees, walk your hands back to your toes. You will need to aim your hips up toward the ceiling.
- Once your hands are back toward your feet and you have found your balance, come up to a standing position.
- Make sure you always hit a strong plank position in each rep.
