Incline Push-Ups
Chest
- Keep a straight spine and core engaged.
- Avoid letting your elbows flare out. We want them next to our bodies.
- When we lower, are trying to get just one inch away from the ledge/surface.
- The ledge should be in line with our mid to lower chest area, not our shoulders
-TIP: The lower the surface, the more difficult the exercise becomes, so for beginners I recommend a table or counter, and then we will progress to a chair or bench when we are ready.
