Chest

1. Lie on an inline bench.
2. Squeeze a weighted plate between both of your hands and bring it in front of your chest.
3. Continuing to squeeze the plate, extend your arms up, keeping it in line with your chest.
4. Bend your elbows and bring the plate back to your chest.
-.The movement should all be in one line. You do not want to lift or drop the weight any higher than the line of your chest.
- Keep your shoulders back. If you keep them back and you present your chest forward, you will activate your chest to do the movement.
