Isometric Bicep Curl Hold
Biceps
1. Start by holding a barbell. Have your elbows next to, or slightly in front of your body.
2. By engaging your biceps, curl the barbell up to where your elbows create a 90 degree angle.
3. Hold this position for the allotted amount of time.
- Your elbows should not be pushing back behind you.
- Use your biceps to hold an control this movement.
- Keep your core engaged stand up straight.
