Jump Squats

Legs, Cardio

- Start in a standing position with your feet about shoulder width apart.
- Squat down by keeping your knees in line with your toes and sitting back into your heels.
- From the deep squat position, jump up.
- As we come back down, we land through our toes with soft knees.
- Return back down to the deep squat position.
- Keep your core engaged and chest up.
- Do not land with straight legs. Land with soft knees and keep your feet about shoulder width apart.
