Knee to Elbow
Core
1. Start in a table top position on all fours.
2. Extend your right arm forward as your extend your left leg behind you.
3. Bring your right arm and left leg in to to where your right elbow and left knee touch.
4. Extend back out.
5. Repeat for the allotted amount of reps and then repeat on the other side.
- Engage your core to maintain your balance.
- Keep your hips square with the floor.
- As your bring your knee to your elbow, contract your core.
