Kneeling Blast Off Push-Ups/Childs Pose Push-Ups
Chest
1. Start in a childs pose position.
2. Bring your hips and body forward to reach a kneeling push-up position.
3. Bend your elbows to perform a kneeling push push-up.
4. As you push back up away from the floor, bring your hips back and push back into a childs pose position.
- Keep your core engaged.
- This is a chest exercise, so focus on activating your chest (pecs).
- Keep your hips forward on the kneeling push-up; we do not want our butts to stick out.
