Kneeling Bodyweight Skull Crushers

Triceps

1. Start on your knees facing a bench. Lean forward and place your hands on the bench.
2. Keeping your elbows in, bend your elbows and lower the top of your head close to the bench.
3. Extend your elbows to return back to the starting position.
- Keep your body straight and core engaged. Don't stick your butt out.
- This directly targets your triceps, so make sure you are using them for this movement.
- Do not let your elbows flare out. We want to keep our elbows in and have them point downward toward the floor.
