Kneeling Dead Start Push-Ups

Chest

1. Start in a kneeling push-up position, with both hands on either side of your body, keeping them in line with your chest.
2. Bend your elbows to lower all the way down to the floor. You lay your chest down on the floor.
3. Relieve the pressure off of your hands (You may lift them off the floor to completely stop at the bottom)
4. Prepare your hands again and push back up to the starting kneeling push-up position.
- Keep your elbows in toward your body.
- Engage your core to avoid curvature in the back.
- Focus on using your pecs (chest muscles) to do the movement.
