Ladder Bodyweight Skull Crushers
Triceps
This exercise is a series of Bodyweight Skull Crushers at different heights. It is recommended to you a Smith Machine .
1. Stand with your hands on a bar your feet straight behind you about hip width apart.
- Your hands should not be stacked beneath your shoulders, but rather in front of them.
2. Keeping your elbows in, bend your elbows and lower the top of your head close to the bar.
3. Extend your elbows to return back to the starting position.
4. After we complete we can lower the bar to make increase the intensity of the exercise, or raise the bar to decrease the intensity.
- Keep your body straight and core engaged.
- This directly targets your triceps, so make sure you are using them for this movement.
- This exercise can be done from your knees to make it easier.
