Lat Pulldowns: Behind the Neck

1. Put your hands in a wide position on the bar
2. Bring the bar down behind your head to about neck height
3. Control the bar as you raise it back up to the starting position.
- Drive your elbows down and activate your back
- Squeeze at the bottom of the movement. You should feel your Lats (back) engaged.
- You may have to lean forward slightly; however, do not lean forward too much.
