Low Cable Chest Flies

Chest

- This is a great exercise to activate our lower and inner chest
- Start with the cables in a low position and stand with your feet about shoulder width apart.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, pull the cables in and up to about chest height.
- Squeeze at the top of the motion in order to activate your chest fully.
- Maintain the same position with your arms for the entirety of the exercise to ensure proper form and pectoral activation.
- Stand up straight with an engaged core. Do not arch your back.
