Low Cable Row Using Chinning Handle

1. Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart with a bend in your knees.
2. Grab the Chinning Handle (Double D) handle with the cable on the lowest setting to the floor.
3. Using your back, pull the handle into your lower chest.
- Chest up, core engaged, and shoulders down.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the movement.
