Lying Alternating Toe Taps

Core

- Start by lying on your back with your legs extended and your arms out to the side.
- Keeping your legs as straight as possible, lift your right leg up as your left hand raises to reach your the toe of your right leg.
- Control the movement to return back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Contract your core as you reach up.
- It is alright if you cannot reach your toe, just aim as close as you can.
- Keep your lower back on the floor and your core engaged.
