Lying Bicep Curls
Biceps
- Start with the cables in a high position.
- While facing the cables, grab the rope (or bar) with both hands and lay back on the floor.
- Keeping your back and shoulders on the floor, curl the cable in using your biceps.
- Keep your elbows stable and still.
- By keeping our backs on the floor, we will prevent ourselves from using momentum and we will effectively activate our biceps.
