Full Body, Legs, Back, Shoulders
- A true full body exercise.
1. We start with 2 Renegade Rows which are targeting our back muscles
2. We then Frog Jump in which is a core exercise that gets your heart rate up and also activates your legs.
3. Next, we swing up to Front Squat, which again gets your heart rate up, but now we are focusing on our legs.
4. Finally, we finish with a Thruster, which targets our Legs and Shoulders
- Always start off with lightweights to check and correct your form before advancing to anything heavier.
- Activate your core for this entire exercise.
