Modified Donkey Kicks

Full Body, Legs, Core

- Start with your hands on the ground and your body in a tucked position.
- Using your legs, kick up. You will kick up one leg and the other leg will follow shortly after. We are aiming to hit a vertical position, but only go as high as your are comfortable.
- Bring your legs back down one at a time.
- Activating your core is essential in order to find your balance
- Stack your hands below your shoulders. If your hands are too wide, it will put more pressure on your arms and shoulders.
