Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension

Triceps

- Keep your Elbows facing forward and try to keep them from flaring out to the side.
- Lower the weight behind your head to where there is about a 90 degree angle in your elbows and then push back up using your triceps.
- Holding your elbows still will help target your triceps effectively.
- Stand up straight and engage your core.
- Be careful not to hit your head with the weight. If you need to, slightly bend your head forward to avoid hitting the top of your head.
