Overhead Rope Tricep Extensions
Triceps
- Start with the cable in a high position.
- Stand facing away from the cables with one foot in front of the other. You will grab the rope with both hands and slightly hinge forward at the waist.
- With your elbows facing forward, parallel with the floor, extend the cable forward using your triceps.
- Keep your elbows stable and still to activate your triceps effectively.
- Squeeze and activate your triceps when you have fully extended your arms.
- Have a straight spine and do not hunch or arch your back.
