Predator Jacks

Full Body, Cardio

- This movement and tempo is similar to your standard Jumping Jacks or In and Out Squats, however we are now getting a wide deep squat to activate our legs even more.
- As we jump out, we do a deep squat, our chest stays up, and our arms open wide.
- To get a wide squat, we can turn our toes outward, however be careful to not let your knees bow inward. They should be following the line of your toes.
- As we jump, always remember to land softly through the balls of your feet.
- As we squat, we then want to transfer the pressure to our mid-feet or heels.
- To avoid hunching, do not look down at your toes.
