Reverse Lunge + Arnold Press

Shoulders, Full Body

1. Start standing with your feet shoulder width apart and a dumbbell in front of you in an Arnold Press hold (supinated grip). Hold the dumbbell in your right hand.
2. Lunge your right leg back and place your knee on the ground.
3. While in this position, perform a single arm Arnold Press with the dumbbell. Bring it back down in front of you.
4. Press out of your front heel to then stand back up and return to the starting position.
5. Repeat for the allotted amount of reps and then repeat on the other side with the dumbbell in your left hand and lunging the left leg back.
- Engage your core to stay upright.
- Keep your knees in line with your toes.
