Reverse Snow Angels

1. Start by lying on your stomach with your hands straight out in front of you.
2. Lift your feet and your arms slightly off the ground.
3. Keeping your arms straight, bring your arms down to your sides. Your hands should come down near to your thighs. This motion resembles a wing like motion.
4. Return your arms back to the outstretched position.
- Use your back muscles for the entirety of the movement, and squeeze them as your hands come near your thighs.
- Keep your core activated, specifically your lower back.
- Control the movement. The more control you have, the harder your muscles will work.
