Rope Bicep Curls
Biceps
- Start with the cables in a low position.
- While facing the cables, grab the rope with both hands and stand up straight with a slight bend in your knees.
- Curl the cable up using your biceps.
- Keep your elbows next to or slightly in front of you. Keep them stable and still.
- Squeeze your biceps at the full contraction of the movement.
- Keep your shoulders back and do not hunch.
