Rope Tricep Pushdowns

Triceps

- Start with the cable in a high position.
- Stand facing the cables with a slight bend in your knees. You will grab the rope with both hands.
- With your elbows into your side, extend the rope downward using your triceps.
- Keep your elbows stable and still to activate your triceps effectively.
- Squeeze and activate your triceps when you have fully extended your arms.
- When using ropes, we may slightly flare our hands outward at the full extension in order to activate our triceps triceps more.
- Have a straight spine and do not hunch or arch your back.
