Russian Twists with Feet Down

Core

1. Start in seated position with your heels down and a bend at the knees.
2. Lean back to engage your core.
3. Twist from side to side while keeping your legs as still as possible.
- We are aiming our hands toward the ground. We want them to get close, or even to touch the floor.
- Keep your chest up and core engaged.
