Seated Trunk Twists

Core

1. Start sitting on one side of a bench with the cable to the side of you.
2. Have a slight bend in your elbows and twist all the way to one side.
3. Controlling the movement in your core, return back to the starting position and repeat.
- When you twist, we want to keep the handle in front of your chests the entire time. By keeping it still in this position, you will be forced to activate your core to do this movement.
- Control the entire motion. Do not swing.
- Squeeze your obliques at the peak of the motion when your are fully twisted.
