Side Plank Hip Lifts
Core
- Start in a side elbow plank with your elbow directly below your shoulder.
- Using your core, slowly lower your hip down to just above the floor.
- Raise your hips back up to the starting side plank position.
- This is to target your obliques specifically, therefore we must engage our cores.
- This exercise can be done from a high side plank position as well.
