Single Arm Bicep Curls/Preacher Curls on Machine
Biceps
1. Start on a bicep curl machine with one hand on the respective handle, elbow and tricep against the supportive pad, and have a straight spine.
2. Using your bicep, curl the handles up and in.
3. Slowly lower the handles back down to the starting position.
- At the peak of the movement, feel your bicep squeeze and engage.
- Do not hunch forward.
- If you are doing negative single arm bicep curls, you curl the handles up using both hands, but then lower the handles VERY slowly by only using one arm.
