Single Arm Cable Front Raises

Shoulders

- Face away from the cable machine, and with a slight bend in your elbow, raise the handle up to shoulder height (or slightly above).
- We want to focus the movement all in our shoulders, so avoid using excess momentum for exercises.
- Keep your chest up and a neutral spine. Do not arch your back.
- Controlling this motion is key. We need to focus on both the raising and lowering of the weight.
