Single Arm Low Cable Row

Back

- Start with the cable in a low position.
- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart with a slight bend in your knees. This also can be done with one foot in front of the other. In this case, the foot in front is the opposite of the active arm.
- Hinge forward from the hips with a flat back.
- Pull the handle back and engage your back at the peak of the motion.
- Keep your elbow into your side.
