Single Arm Overhead Cable Tricep Extensions
Triceps
- Start with the cable in a high position.
- Stand facing away from the cables with one foot in front of the other. You will grab the cable with one hand and slightly hinge forward at the waist.
- With your elbow facing forward, parallel with the floor, extend the cable forward using your tricep.
- Keep your elbow stable and still to activate your tricep effectively.
- Squeeze and activate your tricep when you have fully extended your arm.
- Have a straight spine and do not hunch or arch your back.
