Single Arm Reverse Grip Bicep Curls
Biceps
- Notice the grip of this exercise. This is very similar to a standard single arm curl, however you are using an overhand grip.
- Feel your bicep squeeze as your curl all the way up.
- Keep your elbow next to, or slightly in front of your body. Do not have it behind you.
- You will be activating your forearm during this exercise, so you may feel that working as well.
- Stand up straight with a forward chest and engaged core.
