Single Arm Tricep Pushdown
Triceps
- Start with the cable in a high position.
- Stand facing the cables with a slight bend in your knees. You will grab the cable with one hand.
- With your elbow into your side, extend the cable downward using your tricep.
- Keep your elbow stable and still to activate your tricep effectively.
- Squeeze and activate your tricep when you have fully extended your arm.
- Have a straight spine and do not hunch or arch your back.
