Skull Crushers

Triceps

- These get their name simply because you are lowering the weights near your skull. Scary name, but a very effective exercise. We are strictly targeting our triceps.
- Start on your back with your hands and elbows stacked directly above your shoulders.
- While keeping your elbows in place, lower the weights to right NEXT TO the crown of your head. DO NOT lower them right above your forehead. If our arms are in line with our shoulders, the weights should be next to the top of our heads.
- Keep your elbows in. Do not flare them outward.
