Spider Planks

Core

1. Start in a high plank position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
2. Lift your right foot off of the floor.
3. Bend your right knee and bring it on the outside of your body to come and touch your right elbow.
4. Bring your foot back and return it to the high plank position.
5. Repeat on the other side.
- Keep your core activated.
- Keep your hips square with the floor. We don't want to be twisting our bodies.
- Make sure your knee is going to the outside of your body and not directly beneath you.
