Stepping Up-Downs
Full Body, Cardio
1. Start in a standing position with your feet about hip width apart.
2. Bend your knees and lower your hands to the ground.
3. Step one foot at a time behind you to a high plank position.
4. Step each foot back in close to your hands.
5. Stand straight up.
- As you step your feet back, make sure to hit a high plank position. This will activate your core.
- This is meant to get your heart rate up and help activate all muscle groups.
