Straight Arm Pulldowns

- Start with the cable at a high position
- Stand with feet about hip width apart and a slight bend in your knees. Slightly hinge forward at your waist.
- Keep your arms straight and pull down using your lat and mid back muscles.
- Engage your core and keep your chest up.
- Squeeze your back muscles at the bottom of the movement and control the movement on the way back up.
