Supinated Single Arm Pulldown (Hand Facing In)
Back
1. Start by holding one handle overhead with your right arm.
2. Pull your right arm down while keeping the palm of your hand facing in toward your body.
3. Control the handle as you raise it back up to the starting position.
4. Repeat for the allotted amount of reps and then repeat on the left side.
- Drive your elbows down and activate your back. Your elbows should be coming down and in close to your body.
- Squeeze at the bottom of the movement. You should feel your Lats (back) engaged.
- Do not lean backward too much or use momentum to pull the handle down.
