Legs, Quads
- The basic motion is going up and down from your knees, but there are few key things to think about when performing this exercise.
- Maintain a bent knee/squat position any time you come back to standing on your feet in order to keep your legs engaged.
- Control the motion and do not fall to the floor. We need to use all of the muscles in our legs to make this motion smooth.
- Keep your chest up and core engaged. No hunching.
- Make sure to alternate sides; therefore we will train both sides evenly.
