Chest
1. Stand with you feet hip width apart.
2. Squeeze a weighted plate between both of your hands and bring it in front of your chest.
3. Continuing to squeeze the plate, extend your arms directly in front of your chest.
4. Bend your elbows and bring the plate back to your chest.
-.The movement should all be in one line. We do not want to lift or drop the weight any higher than our chest.
- Do no hunch forward. This will cause you to use your shoulders. If you present your chest forward, you will activate your chest to do the movement.
