Toes to Bar
Core
- Start by hanging from a bar.
- By activating your core, bring your feet up to touch the bar above you.
- Control the entire movement. Your core should be engaged the entire time.
- Avoid swinging and "kipping" your legs up.
- Keep your back as straight as possible. Hip mobility my hinder you from being able to keep it straight for the entire movement, however keep it as straight as possible for as long as you can before starting to curve your back.
- Keep your legs as straight as possible for this exercise. Bend your knees only if you need to.
