Tricep Extension Machine
Triceps
1. Start on a Tricep Extension Machine with both hands on the handles and elbows and triceps against the pad.
2. Using your Triceps, push the handles downward.
3. At the peak of the motion squeeze and engage your triceps.
4. Control the movement as your raise the handles back up to the starting position.
- Keep your spine straight, chest up, and core engaged.
- Don''t use momentum. This movement is about control and strength in your triceps.
- If you are performing a "Negative" Tricep Extension. Push the handles down as normal, but then SLOWLY raise the handles back up to the starting position. Controlling this movement will full engage your triceps.
