Tricep Pushdowns using Handles
Triceps
1. Stand facing the cables with a slight bend in your knees. You will grab the one handle with each hand.
2. With your elbows into your side, extend the handles downward using your triceps.
- Keep your elbows stable and still to activate your triceps effectively.
- Squeeze and activate your triceps when you have fully extended your arms.
- Have a straight spine and do not hunch or arch your back.
- Using two separate handles will make this exercise slightly more difficult than using a straight bar. This is because you must stabilize in each tricep separately.
