Trunk Twists on Pec Deck
Core
1. Start sitting on with your legs on one side of the seat with the handle to the side of you. (The handles should be set in the furthest back position. The same position you would use for rear delt flies)
2. Grab the handle to the side of you with both hands.
3. Have a slight bend in your elbows and twist all the way to the other side.
3. Controlling the movement in your core, return back to the starting position and repeat.
- When you twist, we want to keep the handle in front of your chest the entire time. By keeping it still in this position, you will be forced to activate your core to do this movement.
- Control the entire motion. Do not swing.
- Squeeze your obliques at the peak of the motion when your are fully twisted.
