Up Downs with Jump / No Push-up Burpees
Full Body, Cardio
- This is your standard burpee, without the push-up
- Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart
- Bend down to put your hands on the ground
- Jump your feet back to a high plank position
- Jump your feet back in toward your hands
- From this position, we reach our hands up overhead and jump straight up.
- Land with soft knees and land through your toes
- Keep your core engaged to avoid any arching or hunching of the back.
- If you cannot jump your feet into and out of the plank position, you can step your feet one at a time.
