V Sit Ups
Core
- Start on your back with your hands and feet extended.
- We engage our cores to lift our feet up on a diagonal as we raise our torsos up. We aim to reach the toes of our feet.
- Lower back down to the starting position.
- As we are on laying on the floor with our hands and feet extended, keep your lower back into the floor. Do not arch your back.
- Use as little momentum as possible.
- Keep your knees and arms straight.
