Wide Single Arm Lat Pulldowns

1. Put your hands in a wide position on the bar.
2. While stabilizing in your left arm, pull your right arm down, bring that side of the bar to about chest height.
3. Control the bar as you raise the right side back up to the starting position.
4. Repeat on the other side.
- Drive your elbows down and activate your back
- Squeeze at the bottom of the movement. You should feel your Lats (back) engaged.
- Do not lean backward too much or use momentum to pull the bar down.
