Zottman Curls

Biceps

- We start with our standard bicep curl, then rotate our hands in, to lower with a reverse grip. This will activate our biceps in a different way and incorporate our forearms more.
- Keep your elbows by your sides or slightly in front of your body. Do not let them go behind you at all.
- Control the movement using your biceps the entire time.
- Have a straight spine and keep your core engaged. Do not hunch or arch your back.
